Xavi Says Barcelona Are Far Superior To Real Madrid After 3-1 Win!
Barcelona midfielder Xavi has claimed that Barca are far superior to Real Madrid after Pep Guardiola’s men grabbed a 3-1 win in the season’s first El Clasico.

Xavi was one of three Barcelona players on the score sheet as the champions came from a goal down to topple Real Madrid 3-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu and move top of La Liga on the head-to-head rule.
Speaking after the game, the midfield maestro stressed that La Blaugrana are a “far superior” team to Real Madrid after thoroughly enjoying getting the better of their eternal rivals in their own lair.
“We were very superior to Real Madrid today,” Xavi told La Sexta.
“We wanted to be brave here. We know that you can not win otherwise and the team played a great match in every department. We are far superior to Real Madrid,” he adding pointedly.
