Juventus missed the chance to extend their lead at the top of Serie A as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Genoa at the Juventus Arena.
Juventus took an early lead through Alessandro Matri before Marco Rossi equalized for Genoa in the 11th minute. The hosts then shot themselves back in front in the 58th minute when Matri applied a simple finish following a great pass from former AC Milan midfielder Andrea Pirlo.
However, it was not to be as substitute Andrea Caracciolo levelled things up once again just five minutes from time to the disappointment of the Turin faithful.
Antonio Conte’s side have now drawn four of their last five league encounters but remain top of the table with 13 points from seven matches.
