Barcelona Players All Given Brand New Audi Cars!

The Barcelona first team squad were given a pleasant surprise today as they were each given brand new Audi’s at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan!

The gift was in celebration of Audi and FC Barcelona’s six-year partnership. The German car manufacturers are the Premium Partners and the Official Vehicle Providers for the European champions all over the world with the two organisations first joining up in 2006 and set to remain in partnership until 2014.

The Audi Q7 was the most popular amongst the wide-eyed Barcelona stars although captain Carles Puyol and Sergio Busquets broke trends by opting for the more sporty Audi RS5 instead.

With the rest of us struggling to pay record high insurance hikes, excessive Road Tax, £1.34-a-litre petrol prices whilst driving around in little 1.2 litre Vauxhall Corsa’s, it is in times like this where you only ask yourself; ‘why didn’t I become a footballer?!’ DOH!
