I know two Arsenal fans with Season tickets who did not go to the Blackburn 7-1 game. One of them offered me two tickets but i declined.

I myself am an Arsenal ‘RED Member’ and can easily get tickets but I just do not feel like going to see this sorry Arsenal side.

Blimey. After being told to do my research a couple of times below, I decided to actually look into this and it turns out I was wrong *hands up*
Arsenal appear to count all single-game tickets that come through the door and add that to the season-ticket holder total, whether or not the ST holder shows up. So there are many more seats empty than I said and so the ‘protest’ may indeed be valid.Either way I’d like to distract you from my oversight by bringing up the fact that people are still paying damn good money for seats and not going. Great way to show the club your displeasure!

In most games there are 10,000 empty seats. The club have stopped announcing the attendance in the 2nd half as all it does is provoke laughter all round the stadium – so the attendance and your research are both bullshit.

It is sad to see the many empty seats, sure they have ‘sold out’ the seat for the season but they are empty on game day…too expensive and many ‘fair weather’ fans are unhappy with results.

Come on Arsenal! Players need to show more dedication which was lacking in the second half against Bolton. Keep the faith Support your team.

Got my numbers from Arsenal.com, but if you say that people aren’t turning up then that is my mistake for taking the attendance figures given at face value.
But don’t forget I’m not the num-skull / idiot paying for expensive tickets and not turning up at a match. I’m sure the club don’t mind people doing this either…

num-skull thats the whole point they say its full but in fact evrywhere around are empty seats aparts from the liverpool and united game
