In a tight, yet enthralling contest pitting Serie A’s two finest teams, it was hosts Milan who took the lead in the 15th minute when a poor pass from Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci was seized upon by Sulley Muntari.
The Ghanaian ace then fed the on-rushing Antonio Nocerino whose rasping drive beat Gianluigi Buffon with the help of a deflection.
The hosts however failed to capitalize on their slender advantage as Juventus rallied after the break and grabbed a deserved equaliser seven minutes from time when Alessandro Matri swept in Pepe’s teasing cross.

Juventus kept up their Serie A title push with a hard fought 2-1 win over title challengers Udinese at the Juventus Arena thanks to a brace by Alessandro Matri.
Alessandro Matri was the man of the hour and having given the hosts a 42nd minute lead, the in-form striker then responded by shooting Antonio Conte’s men back in front after Antonio Floro Flores had temporarily levelled things up for Udinese.
A delighted Antonio Conte could not contain his glee as his side – after 20 matches – still remain unbeaten. In fact, they are the only unbeaten side in any domestic league on the continent.
Inter Milan made it 7 straight wins as they came from behind to beat Lazio 2-1 at the San Siro and keep the pressure on leaders Juventus and AC Milan.

Tommaso Rocchi shot Lazio ahead in the 30th minute but Diego Milito – having found his scoring touch once again leveled things up on the stroke of half-time.
Giampaolo Pazzini then fired in the winner for the hosts who survived a late Lazio rally to grab a 2-1 win.

A second half strike by Diego Milito gave Inter Milan victory over AC Milan in the Milan derby as Claudio Ranieri’s men continue their Serie A resurgence.

In a tight game, it was ‘hosts’ AC Milan who started the brighter of the two with Mark Van Bommel striking the Inter crossbar just before the break.
The winner when it came was virtue of a Milan mistake as fullback Ignazio Abate failed to clear Javier Zannetti’s cutback leaving Diego Milito to sweep home the winner in the 54th minute.
The win keeps Claudio Ranieri’s men fifth in the table on 32 points, three behind third place Udinese whilst AC Milan stay second, one point behind leaders Juventus who were held 1-1 at home to Cagliari.
A penalty by Zlatan Ibrahimovic and a late strike by Kevin Prince Boateng gave AC Milan a 2-0 win over Atlanta to keep them joint top of Serie A with Juventus.
Ibrahimovic converted a 22nd minute penalty after Alexandre Pato had been felled in the area, and then turned provider for Kevin-Prince Boateng, who side-footed the second eight minutes from time.
Elsewhere, at the Stadio Comunale Via del Mare in Lecce, Juventus put in a solid defensive display to earn a 1-0 win with Alessandro Matri’s 27th minute strike proving decisive.
A win for both sides keeps them joint-top of Serie A on 37 points after 17 matches with third place Udinese a further two points behind.
