Wayne Bridge is a coward…
Yes thats right, Wayne Bridge is a pathetic weakling, and I’m not on team Bridge anymore. I mean what a baby, Waaaaaa, John Terry had an affair with my former girlfriend, the bearer of my child, I’m such a victim here. Come on Bridge you should have been a man about this.
However, I don’t reckon Bridge made this decision with a clear head, I believe it was brought about by Bridge’s crafty PR’s as a way of making him look like the injured party. Obviously, the idiot took their advice; because if he was a professional he would put his personal feelings for Terry and his wife aside and do his job on the field, as a footballer.
We have come to a point were the media controls football to a point were a footballer is at risk the second they leave their house. I don’t understand why they are doing everything in their power to jeopardize our World Cup chances. England’s defense is bad enough and now they are all shitting themselves because the media have ripped apart their lives. Surely they should be on our side, they are, after all, our county’s press…
…why do you think the injunction was lifted over Terry’s affair? – ‘We as the public deserve the right, it’s in the public’s interest’ – Fuck off. The Press, the media, the fat cats puppeteering our lives, won again. Quickly go shag Colleen someone, there are good odds on England not getting past the group stages.

All our hopes rest on Rooneys immense form continuing to the world cup, as it is with every tournament weve been in since hes has been about.
i agree with you about the media pissing us around. in many other countries, terry and coles behaviour is often overlooked as that is just how footballers behave…
Blatter said: “This is a special approach in the Anglo-Saxon countries. If this had happened in, let’s say, Latin countries then I think he would have been applauded.”
Fifa president (although his is a plonker) Sepp Blatter talking about John Terry’s sitch…
do you not realise you are also part of the media you hypocrite?
we like to think of ourselves as just football commentators as opposed to that kind of media, like the tabloids or news channels…
John Terry betrayed his wife. He betrayed an ex team-mate and a friend. He betrayed the England team, the Chelsea team and both sets of supporters. He probably apologised to his wife (a divorce would be damned expensive) but I haven’t seen any sign of apology to anyone elase that he betrayed. Having the England captaincy taken from him was absolutely spot on. You don’t have to be awfully religious to know that what he did was wrong. Bridge is no coward – Terry is an immoral, irresponsible worm.
Fortunately, in a democracy everyone has freedom of speech, but what good is that when it is used irresponsibility by the media to get a good headline?
ITS have used this liberty for entertainment value, so in a way we are hypocrites. However, we never aim to provoke hatred, whereas the New’s usually does.
