Bundesliga review
Hamburg stay top despite being held to a 1-1 draw at Eintracht Frankfurt. Hamburg are now only top on goal difference ahead of Bayern Leverkusen.
Hamburg took the lead in the game with Ze Roberto, in fantastic form, scoring his third goal of the season. The former Bayern Munich player scored with a header after Peter Trochowski floated in a smooth free-kick and striker Mladen Petric picked out the Brazilian with a fine header.
Bayern Leverkusen missed their chance of going top by failing to score in a 0-0 draw with Wolfsburg, this allowed Bayen Munich to move within 3 points of the top spot. as they beat Nurnberg. Bayen are 3rd recoring a 2-1 victory with goals from Ivica Olic and Daniel Van Buyten.
Cologne moved off the bottom of the table with their first win of the season, beating a decent Stuttgart side away 2-0.
