Granted you can argue that the booklet has worked, seeing as Owen has signed with the English champions, but you have got to love the shamelessness of his marketers. Particular highlights include that you can order the booklet in Spanish (because he had a successful spell in Spain before) and Italian (apart from Italians who good plays there) and the brand values page.

Any unconvinced Man United fans are recommended to read this. Even if it doesn’t convince you that Owen will turn out to be a cracking signing, at least you will have a laugh for 10 minutes.

And lastly anyone unemployed, get yourself on the phone to Wasserman Media. Maybe they could make you a 32 page booklet and get you a job, at a place better than you could have ever imagined.
